This property is ideally located for a relaxing holiday by the sea.It is situated on the beach at Rochelongue, one of 14kms of beautiful sandy beach in the Agde area, between the Cap d'Agde and the Grau d'Agde and just a short drive from the little town of Agde itself.
The property is just 500m from the nearest restaurant, Les Vagues. ( The Waves ).
Rochelongue is a long beach bordered with green spaces and offers free sports activities during the months of July and August.
Large fully equipped kitchen with American fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, serving hatch onto dining room.
Household waste is disposed of directly via an opening in the worktop into the bins on the ground floor.

The house was built in 1997 and is described locally as a 'Maison Californienne'. It is reached via a narrow track from the main road, which leads directly onto the beach.
There are electric gates for vehicles and a pedestrian gate, plus entry phone. Once inside the gates the grounds are secure and there is plenty of private parking for several cars.
There is a chest-high wall at the front of the property, which allows spectacular views of the sea whilst affording complete security.
The main front door of the house is up about a dozen steps; this door leads into the entrance hall. From here, the kitchen is on the left; facing you is the staircase which leads up to the mezzanine level and down to the ground floor.
Directly ahead past the staircase is the spacious open plan living area; the right hand side is almost completely comprised of patio doors onto the terrace and this feature, combined with the high beamed ceilings, makes this space very light and airy. There is a long wooden dining table and chairs, plus several sofas and armchairs for relaxing and a central fireplace. The room is furnished with an eclectic assortment of furniture and artwork by local artists.
Through the living area is a corridor leading to the bedrooms on this level. There is also plenty of storage space in fitted cupboards and a separate wc and handbasin.
A door from this level leads downstairs to the garden/ground floor level accommodation. This section of the accommodation has a door which leads directly onto the garden.
Return through the living area to the main staircase. This leads up to the mezzanine level or down to the ground floor where there is a utility room with a sink, washer/dryer and the waste collection point. There is also a door to the enormous garage.
To the right of the main staircase is a little sitting area in 1930's style in a sunny corner next to a patio door onto the terrace.From here the corridor leads to the remaining bedrooms.
Two terraces overlooking the beach, one at ground floor level with direct access down steps onto the sand; the other at first floor level with access from the mezzanine. This terrace has a glass wall so the view of the sea is not restricted.
Ground floor terrace has a built in barbeque and sink.
Awnings to provide shade for alfresco dining in the summer.
Plenty of garden furniture.
