O KAÏ Beach residence is a private Ocean Front Estate, conveniently located on the beach of Anse des Cayes. Offering total privacy and direct access to the sea, the villas are surrounded by tropical gardens.
The residence has a luxurious villa with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a pool, and 2 charming cottages, each with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a pool.
Total of 8 rooms available. Each unit can be rented individually.
A housekeeper will come everyday (except sunday and public holidays) to clean.
You can rent villa Okaï as a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom villa, or 4 bedroom and 4 bathroom villa.
Also, you can rent O KAÏ beach residence: the 4 bedroom and 4 bathroom villa Okaï, and the 2 cottages of 2 bedroom 2 bathroom each Bamboo and Blue Palm.
RECREATION FACILITIES A huge private property, direct access to the beach and the calm.
POOL Each villa has a large swimming-pool with a well-appointed terrace.
8 In the villa: two main bedrooms with the air conditioning and a direct access to the garden. Each one has a king size bed, a mosquito net and a bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer; and two second bedrooms with direct access to the garden and the swimming pool.
The third bedroom has a king size bed, the air conditioning, a mosquito net, a safe, and a bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer.
The fourth bedroom has a king size bed or twin bed, the air conditioning, a mosquito net and a bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer.
In the cottages: two bedrooms with the air conditioning and a direct access to the terrace. Each has a king size bed, a mosquito net and a private bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer.
Some beach and bath towels will be at your disposal.
