This wonderful old villa is situated high up in the Lunigiana hills above the beautiful old town of Bagnone.

There are views from all the 4 bedrooms (1 double, 3 twin) and the living rooms. The well-tended garden cascades down the hillside in terraces, with the pool nestling on a terrace below.
There is a panoramic terrace with a pergola just outside the house.

The villa is situated a few hundred metres from Bagnone castle, which dominates the town below. Bagnone is an old market town with arcades to stroll through, several shops, bars and restaurants, a fast-flowing river in the gorge below the main square.
From here you can drive up into the 'Park of 100 Lakes' high in the Apennines or drop down to the sea at the old fishing port of Lerici, with its harbourside bars and restaurants, beaches and boats out to the 'Cinque Terre'. Or you can explore the hills and rivers of Lunigiana.
You may of course just stay on the terrace with your 'prosecco' and watch the sunset over the hills after hard day relaxing round the pool.
