This very spacious house is entered through a courtyard with the old pizza oven. Downstairs there are two double/twin bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a cosy sitting room with open fireplace. Upstairs, there is a large bedroom and en suite luxury bathroom with corner spa bath overlooking the wonderful view.
The living room and kitchen lead directly to the large terrace with its gazebo - perfect for al fresco dining. There are beamed ceilings througout and upstairs parts of the wall are stone with soaring high beams.

Sharing the beautiful swimming pool with the other three smaller houses nearby, I Cancelli looks towards the pool at the back, and over the hills and village from its large private terrace.

It has the enviable position of being on a south facing hillside in a small farming community with a shop, bar and restaurant a few minutes walk away. No cars pass by the house, only the cows!
