The property is set in a stunning hillside position on a winding road from Valfabbrica, which terminates at the gate to the property, ensuring privacy and tranquility. Apartment Oliva, on the first floor, can also be taken with Apartment "Mela",to open up to make 1 large apartment for 7/8 people. It is an ideal holiday solution for families or groups who want to holiday together but maintain some privacy. Every room is well furnished, with a mixture of antiques, comfortable new sofas, modern bathrooms and kitchens fitted with cooker, fridge and dishwasher.
The large swimming pool (11 x 6m with depth of 1.10—1.40 m) has been set into the hillside, overlooking the olive grove and the surrounding hills. Descending from the pool, there are paths marked out for walking, varying in length from 110 metres to 10.5 kms, to take in some of the magnificent views. The pool is fully fenced, and there are play areas and equipment for children, as well as a “bocce” court and ping-pong. Mountain bikes are also available.
