Villa Italy is a beautiful stone country house surrounded by vineyards and with stunning views of the rolling hills beyond. The villa is surrounded by a pretty garden where there is a lovely swimming pool, ideal for relaxing whilst enjoying the peace and tranquility. Villa Italy is the perfect base from which to explore both the regions of Tuscany and Umbria.
Villa has been recently restored with great care and attention, it is on two floors, connected via an internal staircase making the house perfect for larger parties whilst still offering privacy. The furnishings are in typical Tuscan style and the original terracotta floors and beamed ceilings have all been retained.

Its location is perfect for visiting the famous region of Southern Tuscany with the towns of Montepulciano, renowned for its excellent wine, Pienza, for its pecorino cheese, and beautiful Cortona all being close by. The town of Chianciano Terme is only 4km away and houses many thermal spas, a variety of shops and restaurants and a large public swimming pool.
The treasures of the region of Umbria with its famous hill towns of Perugia and Assisi to name but a few are also within easy driving distance. Lake Trasimeno is also very close and an interesting place to visit, it has beaches, sailing facilities, and ferry services to its islands, one of which is a natural park with lovely walks and the other ‘Isola Maggiore’ which is famous for the local women who crochet lace on the streets, an art said to be of irish origin. The main motorway link is only 16km away, making also Rome and Florence easily accessible.
