This lovely 1920's house nestles in a pine grove on the edge of the Madonie National Park, an area of outstanding beauty. From it's position on the hill the house enjoys splendid views across the bay of Cefalu and La Rocca. A driveway lined with old stone walls sets the house well back from the road and it's position adjacent to tall umbrella pines makes it a tranquil retreat after a day sightseeing or sunbathing on the beach.
