This modern apartment is on the first-floor of a private villa located in a pretty garden setting, lovingly maintained by the villa's Sicilian owners. Access to the accommodation is via the apartment’s own private staircase. The ground floor of the property is used by the friendly and discreet owners during the summer months, and at the weekends during other times of the year.
The apartment has a light, airy feel and the ample terraces on both sides of the property provide lots of outdoor space, allowing you to enjoy the sun throughout the day and dine under the stars at night. From the large north-facing terrace there are views of the Mediterranean and nothing could be more relaxing than sitting here and enjoying the glorious sunsets with an aperativo or two. From the south-facing terrace leading off the kitchen and main bedroom, you will awake to the dramatic scenery of the mountains of the Madonie National Park. The sandy beach is reached via a 300m stroll along the villa’s private road, and is very quiet except in the peak summer months when there is a lively Lido, Beach Club and Pizzeria.

The apartment sleeps 5 people in 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom (bunk beds) and a single sofa bed in the living area. The accommodation is ideal for familes or a group of friends.
