The complex has been restored with care: features are the large chimneys, the dove tower, the little bell tower on the outside while on the inside the terracotta floors, beamed ceiling, open fireplaces and original doors enhance the atmosphere of this farmhouse.

The complex offers 5 large EN-SUITE 6 with bathroom, each different from the other (Il Camino, Il Torrino, La Loggia, Staropolska, Old England) and 1 SELF-CONTAINED APARTMENT on two floors( La Casetta). Private parking area,wonderful garden with swimming pool,umbrellas and deck-chairs. BREAKFAST ROOM with open fireplace, tables and chairs.

The décor and antique furniture in all rooms have been chosen with much care and love to create an effect of elegance and harmony.

LA LOGGIA: (2 persons) + extra bed

Large bedroom with bathroom.You can sit outside and enjoy the view of Lake Trasimeno, while inside there is a double bed and an optional third single bed. The room features a decorative late 19th Century copper water heater.

STAROPOLSKA: (2 persons) + extra bed

Large bedroom with bathroom.The antiques of this room where carefully selected by the proprietress from her native Poland and contains a wrought iron double bed. At the rear of the room is a french window that opens onto an outdoor private sitting area.

OLD ENGLAND: (2 persons) + extra bed

LA CASETTA:( 3 persons) + extra bed

This apartment consists of kitchen/dining room on the ground floor with a french window opening onto an outdoor private sitting area and a double bedroom with a lovely shower room on the first floor. The ground floor incorporates the contrast between the modern kitchen and the traditional Umbrian wood-beamed ceilings, terracotta floors and exposed natural stone walls.
