The well equipped kitchen offers a large dining table and all necessary appliances (oven, deep freezer, coffeE machine etc.). The apartment has a Shower/bidet/WC + washing machine.
Outdoors guests enjoy the use of a fully-equipped table area in the courtyard for open-air dining.
The large garden which surrounds the swimming pool (x 10 m, depth 150 - 150 cm, 19.05.-30.09) is equipped with garden furniture, outside shower and barbecue, and offers the possibility of relaxing in the shadow of old olive trees or around the pool. From here you can enjoy an amazing view on an uncontaminated green valley and admire the Chianti Classico landscape with olive trees, woods and vineyards.
