This villa has recently been built. the floor plan is very spacious. Downstairs you have the diningroom/livingroom. Next to the diningroom is the kitchen. The kitchen is more than fully equipped and has a breakfast table. Further more you will find one bedroom and a bathroom downstairs. Also downstairs is the modified former garage. This can be easily transformed into an extra bedroom. Upstairs you have two more bedrooms and one bathroom. Both upstairs bedrooms have access to the balcony. The Villa is built on a slope and has astonishing views over the backcountry. The terrain around the villa is rugged and flows over into the orange orchard of the farmers in the area. There is a small above ground plunge pool to cool down in the summer. All in all an ideal holiday villa if you like to peace and quit of the backcountry but still want to be at able to be at the beach within 15 minutes. |
