Visits to Castro Marim, Tavira, Faro, Sevilla (Spain) and Vila Real de Santo Antonio are to be recommended. Also for the active families there is enough to do and see. For instance hiking, biking, horseback riding, golf etc. Especially for the golfers amongst you Praia Verde is a good place. Within 10 km there are 6 very nice golf courses.
