The urbanization “Espírito Santo” was build about 3 years ago. All facilities for a comfortable holiday are near by (shops, restaurant, supermarket and coffee shop)
The urbanization is located in a calm zone, at the north side of the national road 125, 5Km east of Tavira in the eastern Algarve. The nice beaches like Cabanas de Tavira and the island of Tavira are only 6Km away.
It takes just a few minutes drive in direction of Spain, to the recently build golf course “Monte da Ria”.
The Apartment is on the last floor of a building with 3 floors, in a quiet zone without any traffic.
It has 2 bed rooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. Both are nicely and colourful decorated.
There are also 2 bath rooms one with shower and the other with full bath.
The modern kitchen is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine for espresso, electric hob and oven and intelligent hot water boiler.
The living room has lots of light and a fantastic view to the coast and to Tavira. It is equipped with DVD player, satellite television and sound system. There is also the possibility to access a pre-paid Internet connection.
The bed room with the twin beds and the living room are equipped with Air Condition.
The living room has access to a nice veranda, where you can enjoy the magnificent view, especially at the end of the day, when the sun goes down.
The big roof terrace, with a nice BBQ, belongs just to the apartment and has a panoramic view to all direction. It is furnished with sun beds and a big table, where you can enjoy a nice meal at the open air.
