LOCATION
The villa is located within a two-minute drive to one of the finest sandy beaches in the Algarve which is situated at the popular resort of Armacao de Pera. The resort is a hive of activity in the summer whereas for the rest of the year it is more laid back, yet still offering an abundance of leisure facilities.
Within a 20 minute drive of the villa there are 4 golf courses, 2 waterparks, 2 theme parks, 2 horse riding centres and a bird sanctuary. If all the sun, sand and leisure activities have not been fullfilling, then retail therapy can be obtained at Algarve Shopping with its variety of highstreet outlets.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT
The villa could be booked for the minimum of one week starting on any day during the week. Check -in is usually after 14.00hrs and check-out is by 10.00 hrs., unless by prior arrangement.
