This lovely spacious apartment is brand new - furniture only just arrived!

It comprises a wonderful spacious lounge/diner with a good sized south-facing terrace. There are two bedrooms - a double with full ensuite bathroom, and a twin bedroom. The second bathroom is a shower/wc off the hall.

The hall and doorways are wide enough for a wheelchair.

The kitchen leads directly to the second terrace - this is very large and totally enclosed so perfect for families with small children. In the heat of the summer sun this is the better terrace as it is not south facing - again great for the smaller children and the fair skinned members of your family.

This large terrace has a barbecue and as it leads from the kitchen it becomes ideal for the evenings.

One of the sofas in the lounge opens out into a double bed, meaning that grandparents can join you for a wonderful holiday.

The lounge also has TV with UK freeview satellite channels and a DVD player. Bring your own DVDs or we can let you have a mixed bundle.

Cots and highchairs are available to rent should this be helpful.

Although the apartment itself doesn´t have internet access this is available at Corcovada Club, just a minute or two from the apartment. Again over at the Club is a great playground for your younger children, and a pool for the older ones so they can all be kept happy while you´re on the internet - or having a meal. There are both cafe and restaurant areas at the Club and the food is great.

We can arrange car hire for you but truth is you probably won´t want to bother with this most things are within walking distance - wide choice of shops, cafes and restaurants and the beach isn´t too far away either plus of course there is the pool just about 30 seconds from the apartment. Which just leaves taxi from the airport and we can arrange this for you.

The swimming pool is in a great south facing location and there is a children´s pool as well. A good number of loungers are provided around the pool and the apartment has a couple of loungers of its own on the large terrace.

In so many ways, this apartment is the ideal family home for your Algarve holiday!
