After your arrival, we will offer to take you on a short (half hour) complimentary tour of our local area, visiting Rawai Beach and Nai Haan Beach, pointing out all our favourite Bars and Restaurants etc on the way. |

BOOKING PROCEDURE
* To confirm booking, send deposit for 20% of the overall rate
* Balance of letting fee is due 6 weeks prior to commencement of holiday
* Refundable Damages Deposit of £100 required - payable with the balance of letting fee (see above) - to be refunded within 2 weeks of departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection)
* Payment can be made by cash, personal cheque or Bank Transfer
CONDITIONS
* Suitable for couples or familes of 4, plus a sofa bed in the lounge can accommodate 2 further guests.
* Sorry, but we do not accept bookings from large groups of young, single men.
* Sorry, but no pets allowed
* Strictly no smoking permitted, except outside on the patio
* The pool is available all year as the temperature rarely drops below 26 degrees.
* Young children will need to be supervised in the pool area.
