This unique location makes these Villas very suitable for group bookings, for instance, 2 families or groups of friends who enjoy holidaying together, yet still like to retain their own privacy. In fact, if you book Coconut Paradise Villa 3 also, which is again identical, and in the same location, we can accommodate up to a total of 18 people!
Rawai is situated at the very southern tip of Phuket Island, a beautiful locatation, with many idyllic offshore islands just waiting to be visited (catch a Longtail Boat from Rawai Beach). Nai Haan Beach is just perfect for swimming and snorkelling - golden sands and crystal clear waters.
The Villas are close to many great Bars and Restaurants, plus small local grocery shops and banks etc.
Beautifully furnished and similar in every way to Coconut Paradise Villa 1, this Villa has a double bed in the Master Bedroom, twin beds in the second bedroom, and a sofa bed for 2 further guests in the open plan lounge/kitchen/dining room.
The outside Patio looks directly onto the fabulous pool, with tables and chairs for dining.
All fully air conditioned with ceiling fans, and fly screens on all windows and patio doors.

* Balance of letting fee due 6 weeks prior to commencement of let.
* Refundable Damages Deposit of £100 required - payable with the balance of letting fee (see above) to be refunded within 2 weeks of departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection)
