This house is a fully equipped 3 bedroom 2 bath house located in beautiful Lauderdale by the Sea, right off of A1A. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the beach. It is newly furnished with a 'House at the Beach' theme. We have a screened in patio with a hot tub in it and a fenced in lawn with pool. All new appliances with washer & dryer. We also have an extra refrigerator, beach chairs, bikes and a wagon to pull your things to the beach. We have a stroller, toys and portable bed for little ones. I have rented this house for three consecutive years and maintain it personally, it is immaculate and is constantly updated. |

| Notes from the owner/agent | $500.00 deposit at the time of booking and the full amount 30 days before the start of your holiday. We do accept payments in Euros or GBP. Payment can be made by cheque, direct deposit, wire transfer or money order. We add 3% by credit card and PayPal transactions.
Weekend rates are available upon request, off season weekend rates start at $ 750 US and high season at $ 1200 US per family of up to 8 occupants (3 nights).
