The Wedge is a beautiful two storey, 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home with south-west facing pool, and will comfortably sleep up to 8 people.
Highlands Reserve Golf & Country Club is set within a conservation area and surrounded by orange groves and lovely countryside, making it a peaceful and relaxing place to stay.
Our villa is close to the club house, community tennis courts, community pool and children’s play area. The villa is also close to the fabulous golf courses at Champions Gate and Reunion.
The Theme Parks are only 12 minutes away by car.
The villa is fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans throughout. There are TVs in all bedrooms, and an entertainment center in the main lounge.
Situated on a quiet road on the exclusive Highlands Reserve Golf & Country Club, the villa offers 2000 sq ft of spacious living accommodation.
The double-height hallway and living room gives a real feeling of bright and spacious accommodation, with patio doors overlooking the super-size pool, and 11th fairway of the golf course.
A separate dining area leads through to the kitchen which is fully equipped with full size double-door fridge/freezer with ice maker, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, and separate breakfast table. There is also a utility room with washer dryer, vacuum cleaner and ironing board etc.
There is also a formal dining area leading out to the pool area.
There are four bedrooms at first floor level. The master, with queen sized bed and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, overlooks the pool to the rear.
There is a second queen sized bedroom and also two twin bedrooms, one of which is furnished with a Disney theme for our younger guests.
There is also a family bathroom.
The south-west facing pool, and extended deck area, is bright and secluded, and enjoys views over the 11th fairway of Highlands Reserve Golf Course.
The pool has underwater lighting, and can be heated if required. The extended deck area is fully equipped with pool furniture.
This is the perfect place to relax and enjoy Florida's fine weather, and, of an evening, watch the sun setting over the golf course.
We recommend pool heating between the months of November to May at an additional cost, if required, of £60 per week.
During Holiday season 2008, prices increase to £625 per week, and Holiday season 2009, £675 per week, and Holiday dates are as follows:

Booking deposit 50%. Balance due 60 days prior to the date of occupancy.
Cancellation By You:
If you wish to cancel your booking, the person who made the booking must give written notification. The date of cancellation will be the date that the written notification is received. In the event of cancellation by you, the following charges will apply:
60 days prior to arrival = loss of deposit.
30 - 60 days prior to arrival = 50% of total cost.
Less than 30 days prior to arrival = 100% of total cost.
Cancellation By Us:
If circumstances arise beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel your booking. In this event we will endeavor to find alternative, equivalent, accommodation or refund all monies paid.
There is a £200 refundable damage deposit. This deposit will be refunded, net of any excess cleaning costs, replacement of lost keys, or repairs to any damage to the property or its contents. Please note damages are not limited to the security deposit amount. (Minor damage such as broken cups etc are not considered for this purpose.) Please report any breakage, however minor, to the owners so that the villa can be left in perfect condition for the next guest.
Check In:
The villa is available to you from 4pm local time. It is fitted with a number operated lock and you will receive your own specific code before you travel. If you need to check-in earlier, arrangements must be made with the owners prior to arrival, assuming the villa is empty prior to your arrival.
Check Out:
You are required to vacate the property by 10am in order to allow it to be thoroughly cleaned for the next guests.
Maximum Occupancy:
The villa is licensed by the State of Florida for short-term lettings to accommodate a maximum of eight (8)persons. Any numbers above this figure would place us in a compromising position regarding the strict Florida State licensing laws and would be in contravention of our Terms and Conditions.
War, threats of riots, natural disasters, fire or adverse weather conditions:
No compensation will be made due to any of the aforementioned.
