This gorgeous, single storey, three bedroom/two bathroom fully air conditioned villa, with a private pool, is located on the prestigious Highlands Reserve Golf & Country Club, Davenport, Florida.

Highlands Reserve Golf & Country Club is set within a conservation area and surrounded by orange groves and lovely countryside, making it a peaceful and relaxing place to stay.
Our villa is a minute from the club house, close to the community tennis courts and community pool and children’s play area. The villa is also close to the fabulous golf courses at Champions Gate and Reunion.
The Theme Parks are only 12 minutes away by car.
Our villa has three comfortable bedrooms, two full bathrooms, two living areas, fully-fitted modern kitchen, breakfast nook, and a formal dining area. The villa also has a large washing machine and tumble dryer for our guests to use. There is also a two car garage.
The formal living area to the front of the villa is ideal for reading and surfing the internet. The family room is furnished with TV, DVD player, CD player, plug-and-play TV games, and a variety of books. There are sliding glass doors leading out to the pool area.
The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer with ice machine, cooker, microwave, iron and ironing board, and telephone.
The master suite has a heavenly king-size bed, ceiling fan and TV. There is a sliding glass door leading out to the pool area. The en suite bathroom has both his-and-hers vanity basins, large walk-in shower, corner bath, and separate toilet. There is also a large walk-in closet.
Bedroom 2 has a queen-size double bed, ceiling fan, clock radio, and TV.
Bedroom 3, decorated with a Disney theme, has two single beds, chest of drawers, and TV. This bedroom will please our younger visitors!
These bedrooms are separated by a full bathroom offering bath with shower over.
The villa will sleep six to eight comfortably. There is a comfortable queen-size sofa bed in the living area.
Three Wood Villa has a private, 30 foot, screened swimming pool that can be heated if required. The pool area includes a full-width child security fence. There is ample, comfortable pool furniture for the sunbathers. There is also a covered lanai for maximum comfort if you prefer to relax in the shade or dine outdoors. A BBQ is also provided.
The pool area benefits from the early morning sun until late afternoon.
This is the perfect place to relax after a long day at the Theme Parks or on the golf course.
We recommend pool heating between the months of November to May at an additional cost, if required, of £60 per week.
During Holiday season 2008, prices increase to £500 per week, and Holiday season 2009, £550 per week, and Holiday dates are as follows:
