This second floor apartment with lift access in a brand new building is fully furnished to the highest standard, yet is centrally placed in the town of Puerto de Mazarron. There is a beautiful gated communal pool incorporating a jacuzzi, and private underground parking. Although marked as suitable for disabled clients, there are some small steps at the main entrance.

Within 5 minutes walk are the blue flag beaches, and working harbour. Within 2 minutes walk, you can enjoy the many shops bars and restaurants of the town. For golfers, we have a first class golf course at Camposol Golf, approx 15 minutes drive away, and within one hour you can visit the historic Roman fortress towns of Lorca and Cartagena. There are hiking/cycling tracks through the mountains surrounding the town, and a wide range of water activities such as diving and boating.

The sparkling blue waters of the Mediterranean sea give us a variety of blue flag beaches, from white sand to rockpools, and within 5 minutes drive there is also a nudist beach.
