This beautiful villa is situated in the desirable complex La Marina, Bolnuevo, Puerto de Mazarron. Fully furnished, and set in communal gardens with swimming pool, this quiet residential area is only 2 minutes walk to the beaches, and village of Bolnuevo. There is a private walled patio leading onto the gardens and pool, and a secluded terrace leading off from the master bedroom. This villa will sleep six people in comfort, or 8 using the sofa bed. Generally speaking the property is suitable for disabled clients, but there is a step leading into the villa from the front and rear gardens.
The local area boasts blue flag and Q flag beaches, and is popular with divers, and all manner of boating activities such as whale spotting. As well as a wide variety of golden sand and/or rock pool beaches, there is also a nudist beach nearby. The village is nestled directly between the hills and the clear blue sea, with many opportunities for hikiing, cycling, etc. Golfers may enjoy a day at our nearest golf course, Camposol Golf, which is approx 15 minutes drive away.
Within the village, a mere 2 mins walk away, are all the amenities you would expect to find in a typical Spanish village - shops, bars, restaurants, and chemist. Just 2 minutes drive away are the bustling towns of Mazarron, and Puerto de Mazarron, with a wider variety of shops restaurants and bars. For a day out to remember, visit the Roman fortress towns of Lorca, or Cartagena, both approx one hours drive.
