Elkhorn at the Lodges is nestled at the base of the Canadian Rocky Mountains, just minutes from downtown Canmore and a short drive to the town of Banff. Canmore is a wonderful town offering great restaurants and shops. This four-season area is a haven for golfing, hiking, biking, fishing, horseback riding, rafting, kayaking, downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, and heli skiing--right at your doorstep. Equipment rental and lessons are available for all activities. Sunshine, Lake Louise, and Mount Norquay offer some of North America's greatest skiing--all within a short distance from the Lodges.The units are two bedrooms and two baths, which feature a balcony area with BBQ. Occupancy is a maximum of six people. The suite includes a fireplace, 2 colour televisions and DVD player. Master Bedroom has 1 queen bed and ensuite bathroom. Second bedroom have either 2 twin beds or 1 double bed. The living room has 1 double sofa. Cots are not available. Bed configuration is not guaranteed. Rooms are pre-assigned by RCI and the resort cannot make changes. The unit has a full kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher, range, microwave oven and coffee maker. Daily garbage removal is supplied, all other housekeeping services offered at a fee. Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced. These are non-smoking units. No pets allowed(kennels near by). There is a CD$90 housekeeping fee for stays of less than 7 nights. A damage deposit will be collected at check-in. The property has two outdoor hot tubs and an outdoor all season heated pool. A car is recommended fully enjoy the area. Construction at the resort until December 2009 (from 7 AM to 6 PM). No cancellation fees when purchasing cancellation insurance. Certain restrictions apply.
