This beautifully furnished townhouse has open plan living with lounge, dining area with bar, kitchen and cloakroom on the ground floor, on the second floor there is the master suite with four poster bed and en-suite bathroom, sitting/TV area and balcony with views over the golf course. Second bedroom also features a four poster bed, the third bedroom has twin beds. Family bathroom. Outside is patio area with seating for 6, the pool and jacuzzi are heated/chilled, depending on season. A long stretch of sandy beach is a couple of minutes away.
All apartments and villas are fully equipped including linens and towels; and a small welcome pack supplied.
A few minutes away is the 18 hole floodlit golf course, shopping centre, hotels and restaurants.
Al Hamra Mall has supermarket which stocks what you buy at home, plus food court where you can stop for a low cost lunch or call for delivery to your villa.
Children are welcome in most bars and restaurants but babysitting can occasionally be arranged if required.
Security deposit of AED 10,000 to be paid on arrival and returned on vacating.
OR Passport kept in file and returned on vacating.
Please note that this is a formality to ensure keys are returned and property left in good condition.
