There is a dining table with chairs for you to eat in comfort and a TV (cable connection so you can watch international programmes) with dvd for your entertainment. The small kitchen is well equipped, with 2 electric rings, microwave and grill, fridge and washing machine and the bathroom has a bath, not just a shower.
It is renovated (keeping the original parquet floor and), quiet and comfortable, on the courtyard side of a Jugendstil building. A weekly cleaning and change of sheets and towels is included for all long staying guests
