Comfortable villa, well furnished. Set within the gated community of Sugar Hill Resort, you are greeted at the security gate by pleasant friendly Bajans. Concierge service is provided. The beautifully landscaped grounds, are delightful to walk or jog in. Play tennis at the David Lloyd tennis courts and work out in the gym. There is a pool moments from the villa and an infinity pool situated by the club house. The restaurant - Sassafras, is open most days for lunch and 3 nights a week for dinner. They have an excellent children's menu too.

All are air-conditioned.
Bathrooms: Large well appointed en-suite shower rooms to bedrooms 1 & 2 with wc, hand basin etc.

Kitchen: Well equipped kitchen, with cooker, hob, 2 fridge/freezers, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and coffee machine. Plenty of china, glass and serving dishes.
Utility Room: Excellent washer/dryer/iron and ironing board.
Living Rooms: Comfortable well furnished sitting room with internet connection, cable TV, DVD player,disc/I player. Inside dining is close to the kitchen. French doors open onto large outside terrace.
Other: The bedrooms upstairs both enjoy private balconies to enjoy the breeze and sunbathe.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: Housekeeper 3 days a week, who will change the bedlinen, clean the villa and wash and iron a reasonable amount of personal laundry. All bedlinen, shower room towels and beach towels are provided.
Accessibility
With the bedroom on the ground floor there is some accessibility but there are 3 steps down into the sitting room. No special facilities for disabled.
Outside
Lovely terrace off the sitting room, where we spend most of our time, there is a gas BBQ, and outside dining area. Sofa, coffee table and chairs, sun loungers and a large parasol to shade from the sun. There are 2 shared pools, one moments from the villa the other one is an infinity pool situated near the club house and restaurant. The pool near the villa is surrounded by palm and coconut trees there is always both sun and shade on the pool terrace. The pools are never crowded, usually there are fewer than 8 people using the facility at one time. A delightful area to swim and relax. The whole of Sugar Hill is set in beautifully landscaped gardens, providing a tranquil place to stay. The resort is small only 50 acres, with many differing properties, from
apartments to luxury villas. This is a safe and beautiful environment, Sugar Hill has 24 hour security, never intrusive but good to know they are there.
Changeover day is flexible, however check out time is 12 noon to enable our housekeeper to prepare for incoming guests. Sometimes a later checkout time can be arranged with our property manager. Guests usually arrive at the villa 2 hours after landing.

Sugar Hill Area Information
The villa is a quarter of a mile from the nearest beach. There are many lovely Caribbean beaches, one we favour is by Reids Bay and St Albans Church, you can usually park there by driving onto the beach. Beach chairs can be hired here for US$5.00 a day. Long bay with white sand, many shade trees to protect you should you wish to get out of the sun. The sea is warm and it is a pleasure to swim in. Most beaches will offer you, snorkeling, water skiing, glass bottom boat rides etc.

1 mile away at Royal Westmoreland Golf Club.
Travel
The airport, Sir Grantley Adams, is approx 45-60 minutes away. We do recommend car hire, but some guests have used taxis as they have found this quite convenient. A taxi can be arranged to meet your flight or we can reserve a hire car for you.
Distances
Our nearest Anglican church is St James Parish church - approx 6 minutes away. Catholic church St Francis -approx 10 minutes away. The nearest town is Holetown, about 5 minutes away, with supermarket, fine dining, local dining, bars and shops. Bridgetown is about 45 minutes away with old government offices and careenage.

In Holetown there are many banks with ATM facilities. Excellent shopping, including our newest up market shopping area - Limegrove at Holetown. Many good restaurants in Holetown, from Italian pasta and pizza to upscale dining. See the Ins and Outs book in the villa for information on dining out through out the Island. Do visit the East Coast with scenic views and Atlantic rollers, St Nicholas Abbey is worth seeing ( not a real abbey) a Jacobean House recently restored, with working (sometimes) sugar mill, and their own 10 year old rum for sale. Drive from St Nicholas up Cherry Tree Hill towards the East Coast hesitate at the top of the hill and experience the breathtaking view along the coast.
