A balcony off the lounge leads to the garden complete with sun loungers; all have spectacular views. Heating throughout. Ski cupboard. Bed linen and towels are supplied. Satellite TV and radio/ CD player. Own parking. Safe deposit box.

Notes on accommodation
The chalet is ideal for children as there is a play area with slides etc as well as a small animal area. During the Summer you can eat outside by the pool. For example grilled or barbecued meats with local salads such as shopska which has cucumbers, tomatoes and feta cheese. The chalet is of stone and wood construction. In Razlog there are many local places to eat and drink.
Outside
Enjoy your breakfast on the balcony with spectacular views, or relax in the small garden. There is an outdoor pool as well as an indoor one for you to share with other guests staying at the complex.

Weeks booked during peak times such as half terms, Christmas, New Year and Easter full payments please to secure booking. Other times 30% non refundable deposit is required to secure booking. The remaining 70% due 28 days before holiday begins. Refundable deposit of £150 is required in case of breakages but will be returned if all is in order.

Bansko Area Information
Bansko and local activities
Bansko is a unique combination of a modern mountain resort and a living rustic town with cobbled streets and timber-framed houses. There are many mehanas offering local dishes such as Kapama (a meat dish with rice and pickled cabbage). Macedonian folk music can often be heard in many of the local mehanas. There is an international jazz festival in August, which takes place in the main square and is well worth a visit as we found out last year.
Skiing
During the season a shuttle bus leaves the hotel and complex every quarter of an hour to take you to Bansko and the gondola station. Skiing in Bansko is excellent, particularly for beginners and intermediates, with state of the art gondolas & lifts totalling 26 kms and over 65 kms of marked ski runs. There is also a unique 16 km uninterrupted ski run which starts from Todorka Peak and finishes at the base station of the gondola. There are over 40 snow canons, which guarantee snow from December to mid April. Snowboarding and cross-country are popular too. Take a look at the web cams on Night skiing is possible with floodlights at the end of the runs. Latest technology ski data cards minimise any queues at lifts. Ski equipment can be hired out from the hotel at very low prices compared to alpine resorts.
Golf
Pirin Golf complex designed by Ian Woosnam is situated a couple of miles away and is reputed to be opening this year.
Mountain Biking
Bike hire is available at Katarino Spa and from several of the hotels in Bansko. One popular route is the Belizmata Reservoir 3 km away. There are several trips around local villages such as Banya, Dobrinishte, Eleshnitsa and Dobarsko where you will be bound to see donkeys and carts, occasionally accompanied by foals.
Hiking, climbing
There are many walks to choose from, ranging from 1 hour to 2 days or more including sights such as Baikushev Fir which is 1300 years old or the lakes.
Climbing is popular too.
Horse Riding is available locally.
