It is within easy walking distance to all the amenities and attractions of Borovets. The complex itself comprises of reception with stairs and lift, and a large coffee bar area with free wifi connection.

Gym, large heated indoor pool with sauna. All the apartments have free cable TV availability. There is also a large dinning restaurant which is expected to open very soon. Parking is available to the front of the complex.
