The house is a large property with panoramic views of Burgas bay, close to Burgas International Airport ( 10 minutes) and pickup, drop off can be arranged at a nominal charge. Situated in a rural Bulgarian village with some western European households. 4km from the nearest beach and within easy reach of any required facility, amenity and activity. Water sports, tennis, football, horse riding, cycling, walking, bird watching (Via Pontica) and fishing are all available nearby using the local bus, taxi or hire car. It is possible to organise a half day on a yacht in the Sozopol area. There is a baby cot and car seat available. A 7 seat Renault Espace and Volvo V40 can be made available.

Utility Room: The use of a washing machine is available on request
Living Rooms: The living area is approximately 55 sqm and consists of the kitchen, dining and large lounge area.
Other: There are 4 wetrooms each with WC and shower.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: Bed linen is supplied and changed every 7 days. Tea towels are provided. Clients are asked to bring their own bathing towels. Ad hoc cleaning can be arranged for a small charge.
Accessibility
Bedroom 1 has easy access to the pool and recreational area. There is a wetroom/wc with easy access.
Outside
There is a large recreational area with sun terrace, lawn, BBQ with large private pool and attached child pool. 12 sun loungers, seats, tables and shades and soft furnishings are provided as well as outside games. Films and music videos can be shown outside using the projector facilities.
Further details
A welcome pack is provided on arrival with some wine, fruit juices, bread, local cheeses and ham.
The pool is winterised from October to mid-May and will not be available at that time.
Booking notes
A 20% non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The full balance is required 6 weeks before arrival. It will be necessary to provide a 200 euro deposit on arrival which will be returned in full if the property is left clean and as you find it.

A range of superb bathing beaches are within easy reach of the property. Some are quiet and tranquil while others are complete with a range of holiday attractions, beach cafes, sporting activities etc. A modern water park is within easy driving distance as are the major resorts of Sunny Beach and Nessebar. Burgas, the festival city, has many excellent street cafes, restaurants and a variety of night life with live music and open air theatre. In August there is a 3 day music festival on the beach
Special interest holidays
An ideal time to visit the area if you are interested in observing nature is May and September when the weather is good but cool enough to have an active holiday moving around on foot. There are exceptional bird watching opportunities in the immediate vicinity of the property.
We are able to offer, Yoga and art courses locally. It is possible to arrange participation in archeological digs in this historically rich area. Diving sessions for beginners and interesting dives for qualified divers can be arranged.
Bird watching on Lake Atanasovsko which can be seen from the property is only 10 minutes away
Travel
Burgas airport is closeby and transfers can be arranged with the owner. From the UK there are direct flights from Luton throughout the year and from all countries in Europe, regular flights to Sofia. The Burgas airport has many international flights from April to October serving the tourist industry. The local public transport is reliable, comprehensive and reasonably priced. Car hire is preferable if you wish to travel further afield.

Local village shops are within walking distance and provide most daily needs. Burgas is within 20 minutes by bus and has a full range of modern shopping facilities including supermarkets and malls as well as smaller boutiques.The historic settlements of Nessebar and Sozopol are easily accessed by car or bus.
