There is an additional shower room with WC on this floor. There is also a large entrance hall with stairs leading to the basement. This floor includes a boot changing area, large single garage with table tennis table, games room with a bar football table, boiler drying room and a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. There is masses of hot water and the heating is very efficient. There are 2 large south facing balconies and a large patio area.

Bedroom 1 has a extra large double bed with twin mattresses. Bedroom 2 has an extra large double bed and mattress. Bedroom 3 has 4 bunks. The bottom 2 bunks are very comfortable and suitable for adults The top two are also comfortable but more suitable for children.
This is an exceptional family chalet suitable for 4 adults plus 4 children or 6 adults. It is situated in a quiet road within easy reach of shops, restaurants, leisure facilities and bus stops A car is an advantage but definitely not essential. The views are stunning and we have a 1300sq metre garden .
Additional information about rental rates
.20% deposit required with booking. Balance required 8 weeks prior to rental start date. Bank transfers should be made in Swiss Francs or British pound equivalent. Additionally a £500 deposit is required against losses, breakages, damages or additional cleaning. Subject to deductions, this will be returned within 10 days of the final day of the rental period.Rental payments are non-refundable, so holiday insurance is recommended. The rental period is for 1 week from Saturday to Saturday. Keys will be available from 1600 hrs on the start date and the property must be vacated by 1030 hrs on departure day. Alternative start/finish days can be negotiated.
.Swiss Tourist Tax is payable at the Leysin Tourist Office (SFr 3.10 per day for adults, SFr 2.00 per day for ages 7 -16 Years, SFr 1.70 for over 64 years and no charge for under 7 years). This entitles the visitor to a price reduction for sports facilities and other facilities in the region.

Leysin Area Information
Chalet Le Renard is situated on the edge of Leysin village, 1.5 hours by car from Geneva or 2 hours by train. It is reached by a romantic mountain railway connection from Aigle. Leysin is part of the Alpes de Vaud ski area that includes Villars, Les Diablerets, Glacier 3000 & Les Mosses. It is also only 45 mins from the Porte de Soleil ski area by car. Leysin has some of the most breathtaking views in the Alps and the summer activities are numerous, including walking, swimming, mountain biking, rock climbing etc. Leysin is famous for its revolving restaurant at Berneuse with incredible 360 degree views of lake Geneva and the southern Alps. Leysin has many good restaurants, many of which are within 5 minutes walking distance of Chalet Le Renard. Leysin boasts a huge skating arena which operates all year round, swimming pool, tennis courts and an amazing floodlit toboggan run in the winter. It is the complete holiday location for summer or winter.
