The Villa, just some 60 metres from the beach, sits in its own tranquil, private, landscaped garden, with a substantial terrace, providing quality outdoor dining facilites, sun loungers and magnifcent panoramic views over the bay and the Akamas Peninsula.

Bookings usually commence and finish on Sundays although this is very flexible subject to availability.
During the winter months of December,January and February,a weekly supplement of £50 is payable to cover the cost of heating.
Other prices are inclusive of normal usage of electricity and air conditioning.However, the owner reserves the right to charge for excessive usage.
Discounts are available for bookings of 3 weeks or more.
To allow for the villa to be prepared for clients, bookings commence from 4.00pm on the Day of Arrival and end at 10.00am on the Day of Departure.
Payment; A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to confirm the reservation. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.(Please see our booking conditions).
A security deposit of £100 is required for each rental, payable simultaneously with the balance of the rental fee.(Please see our booking conditions ).
