Off the lounge there are two large twin bedrooms one benefiting from an en-suite walk-in shower with 'his and hers' sinks. Located outside both of the bedrooms is the family bathroom.
Continuing on through the lounge there is a fully fitted kitchen over looking the beautiful gardens complete with direct access to the pool and BBQ area.
The property benefits from an air conditioning unit situated in the centre of the property providing hot and cold air through along with ceiling fans in every room.
This property is well located just a short walk from the supermarkets, bars and restaurants and just a 5 minute drive to the 'Blue Flag' award winning beaches of La Marina.
The beautiful Spanish towns of Guardamar Del Segura and Santa Pola can be easily reached within 15 minutes. Both towns are locally renowned for their outstanding 'Catch of the day'.

There are many local sites of interest including, Roman, Moorish and Spanish. Santa Barbara castle in Alicante and the caves of Canelbre at Busot are recommended.
