When entering the property you will find youself in the lounge and dining area. Just off the dining area is a large, seperate kitchen. Through the lounge you will find a twin bedroom and a double bedroom along with a family bathroom. Upstairs in the large master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and patio doors leading out to the 1st floor patio area. Also on the first floor is a seperate, self contained double bedroom with the 1st floor patio area.
The area makes a good base for exploring the Costa Blanca's finest beaches and golf courses and is only 20 minutes from Alicante airport with a great choice of activities on offer such as scuba diving and water sports or flying lessons or a hot air balloon ride.

2 bedrooms downstairs both twins, 2 bedrooms upstairs one is a master bedroom with en-suite the other is located in the turret room which is located on the solarium and can only be accessed through the master bedroom.

The villas surround the communal pool which is secure and private and also has a children's pool and plenty of room for sun bathing.
There is also a private sandy children's play area with slides, swings etc

Welcome packs can be provided at a cost of 20 euros these include items such as Tea, Coffee, Cereal, Milk, bear or wine, bread etc
Most activities can be booked in advance such as golf, scuba diving, hot air balloon rides etc discounts of up to 15% are given.
A reservation deposit (non-refundable) of 20% is required at time of booking with the balance required 4 weeks prior to arrival together with a refundable breakages deposit of 250 euros, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

Bookings of less than 7 nights are subject to a departure clean fee of 80?.
You can pay by credit/debit card (1% bank charge) or bank transfer.

Alicante Area Information
La Marina is perfectly located for the ideal holiday. The urbanisation has many supermarkets, shops, banks, bars, restaurants and two water parks for the kids. There is a market on Thursday and Sunday. There are many local sites of interest including, Roman, Moorish and Spanish. Santa Barbara castle in Alicante and the caves of Canelbre at Busot are recommended. Hiking up the Callosa mountains, Benidorm zoo, and Guardalest are all a fun day out. There are many museums, caves and castles to explore. A short boat trip away is the Island of Tabarca well worth a visit, and for quieter days how about a helicoptor ride or a jeep safari. The area has many fiestas throughout the year along with special events such as 'Party in the Park in Torrevieja and the La Marina fun day in May. The theme parks in Benidorm such as Terra Mitica and Mundomar are popular for a family day out and are about a 50 minute drive away.
Horse Riding, Cycling, Hiking, Rock Climbing, Scuba Diving, Water Sports including kite surfing, Gym, Bowls, Golf, Fishing, Tennis, Badminton, Go-karts, Jeep safari, Hang Gliding, Balloon flights, Quad bikes and Relaxing. La Marina is only a 20 minute drive south from Alicante airport.
