Our 2nd floor corner apartment is light, spacious and airy, with a remarkably high standard of quality furnishings and equipment for a comfortable self-catering holiday.

Residencial Las Brisas has a large pool with sunbathing terraces, poolside toilets and changing facilities. The pool has a separated shallow section for children and has a lifeguard in high season.

The west-facing apartment faces out from the complex, (not facing in to the central pool area) so it enjoys the afternoon and evening sun, side sea and inland mountain views.

The lounge and the twin bedroom have sliding patio doors leading onto the balcony.

The television has a satellite service for UK freeview channels including BBC and ITV.

The kitchen has granite worktops, full oven, large fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, washing machine, ceramic hob and extractor.

The lounge and bedrooms have fixed wall heaters for a warm and welcoming winter holiday. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans.

The fully-tiled bathroom has a full size bath with overhead shower.

Las Brisas has a telephone entry system and lift access to all levels, including the pool and a small communal rooftop solarium.

The apartment has beds for 4 occupants. We strive to maintain it's high standard.

We won't consider accommodating more than 5 people (including children and infants, regardless of age) and we insist that infants do not sleep in the beds.
