The apartment is presently being totally reformed with a new fully equipped kitchen, new bathroom, new air-conditioning system, heating and new ceramic floors throughout. The property sleeps 4 people comfortably but you can accommodate up to 6 people if the double leather sofa bed is used. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and a fitted wardrobe and the other with 2 singles. The bathroom is spacious and has a large walk-in shower. From the lounge there is a balcony with views.
The kitchen is fully equipped & the lounge is spacious with a sofa bed, table and chairs for 6 people, TV, DVD player & DVD's.
The spectacular golden beach of Salout is less than a 5 minute walk from the apartment and one can find all the necessary amenities close by. In the summer, there is even a 24 hour supermarket in the building next to the complex.
The property is part of a complex with a large pool, a children's pool and spectacular gardens where children meet after they return from the beach for a swim and play in the park. There are also numerous bus stops within a short walk giving easy access to all the local attractions such as the Port Aventura Theme park, Aquopolis Water and Dolphin Park & The Costa Caribe Water Park just to mention a few.
The property has air-conditioning and heating.

Changeover day We do not have a preferred changeover day, any day is good as long as we have availability. Check-in time around 4pm. Check out time by 10am though we will always do our best to have the property ready for the time requested.
Cots and high-chairs can also be rented at an extra cost of 5 euros a day.
Accommodates an extra bed for 7th person if required (extra cost of 10 euros for 7th person per night.)
Booking notes A 20% deposit is required to confirm a booking and the remaining amount is payable upon arrival.
