2 bedroom fully furnished apartment in the heart of Salou. The property is part of a new complex in the heart of Salou's residential area with a pool & green area. Port Aventura Theme park is less than five minutes away and the main promenade is only a short walk through the main Calle Barcelona (Salou's main road). The apartment sleeps 4 people comfortably in one large double bedroom and a twin bedroom though can accommodate an extra bed for the 5th person. The master bedroom has a complete en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower and there is also a second bathroom with a shower.
The living room is spacious with a large dining table that seats 6, a TV, DVD player and a wide selection of DVD's for entertainment. The lounge leads out onto the terrace where there is a table and chairs for dining al fresco. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, etc.
The apartment has central heating for the winter months and air-conditioning in the lounge. Underground private parking is also included in the price. Outside: The property is near Port Aventura, Aquopolis Water and Dolphin Park and Costa Caribe Water Park. Cafes, Bars, supermarkets & public transport are all within walking distance as well as the promenade and the golden beaches of Salou.
