This small development has a large communal pool whilst the house provides two bedrooms (one with balcony), two bathrooms and a wonderfully private roof top solarium. It is air conditioned (hot and cold) with back up heating for the winter nights. There are ceiling fans in the lounge and master bedroom. Satellite TV is installed along with a CD / cassette player.
