The villa is located in a secure gated community, and benefits from surrounding garden walls to provide privacy. There are sun terraces on the upper floor, a shaded ground floor patio area at the front of the property, and a rear patio area ideal for sunbathing and outside dining. The villa is well furnished and decorated, with air conditioning to maintain ambient temperatures in both summer and winter. A pleasant fully fitted kitchen provides good cooking facilities, with a fridge freezer for storing food and drink. The washing machine is located in the laundry away from the kitchen area, and an iron, laundry basket and clothes airer are provided. Smoking is not permitted inside the house or by the pool,but is allowed on the patio. We provide non-glass items for external use. The accommodation is fully cleaned weekly and fresh towels and linen provided.
