Our Holiday Rental apartment in ALICANTE province - the COSTA BLANCA and ORIHUELA COSTA, located just 5Km inland & very near Torrevieja, Guardamar, La Marina, Alicante. Ideally located beside 3 golf courses (more nearby), with an ABUNDANCE OF BEAUTIFUL BEACHES just a short drive away. There is a SOUTH FACING BALCONY, communal pool 50 mtrs walk,and a very large roof-top Solarium. This is A LUXURIOUS 2 bed 2 bath apartment, (sleeping 6 with the Sofa Bed), satellite FreeView TV & DVD, AIR CONDITIONING, and is quite a large apartment with full kitchen. It is on the top (3rd) level with lift access, great views! Restaurants nearby, beautiful beaches 5 - 10mins drive, and a paradise for Golfers with so many courses around the area. It only takes 15 mins from Murcia Airport, or 40 minutes from Alicante, easy to find. The whole urbanisation is spacious, in a relaxing environment, with all facilities you need to hand.
The Bath has a shower over & both this and the Shower room are beautifully tilled, fairly spacious, and well appointed with mirrors, lights etc.
Large built in wardrobes in both bedrooms. One of the sofa's in the living area is a sofa bed. There are ceiling fans for comfort, and draw space in all areas. All floors are tiled, a heater is provided for the cooler nights (not that there are very many!) The Living area has a 2 large sofas, one opens out to a good double bed. The glass top dining table is for 4 but extends to accommodate 8 people comfortably, just need to bring in the chairs from the balcony suite. We have furnished the rooms to a high standard and trust you will appreciate this. The kitchen facities are extensive, and to an excellent standard. Air conditionig in the living area, for cooling or warming.
Smoking outside the rooms is requested. There is a lift for access to our 2nd floor, which provides the added facilities to accommodate older persons or those with some infirmity and wheelchairs users. There is a very large solarium (approx 150 M2) with access right outside our apartment entry door, by one flight of stairs! ( It is very private, as rarely is it in use by the few adjacent owners!) With 'ALL DAY SUN' giving views right across to the nearby Mediterranean Sea at La Zenia! - Great.

Golfers' Paradise in the Alicante region with 20+ golf, courses around, SIX are 'on hand' or very close by!! The Golfing facilities near OUR Holiday Rentals located at Villmartin & La Finca Golf are excellent !!!!! Waterparks are easily accessible, all water sports abound. Visit Torrevieja, Guardamar, Almoradi, La Marina, Alicante, Santa Pola, Murcia (and other) for the great markets with great bargains!!! Costa Blanca is the 'Garden of Spain' with Lemon & Orange groves, olives orchards &&&, nearby mountains, fantastic Marinas for those who like boating, and water sports, especially Torrevieja, Alicanti, Mar Menor, Santa Pola. Of course there are many excellent restaurants around us, in the main villamartin 'Plaza', and many local places with authentic ambiance and great cuisine! - San Miguel , Los Montesinos, Guardamar & & &
