In addition to the weekly rental rate, there is an end-cleaning charge of 50 euros and a charge of 7 euros per person for bed-linen and towels (beach towels are also provided). A 50% deposit of the total cost (payable in advance), secures the property for the required period. The cash balance is then payable on arrival at the property.

Airport Pick-up service available at an additional cost of 80 euros (return) from Alicante airport and 50 euros (return) Murcia airport, if required.
