Perfectly located to explore the region this comfortable and homely villa sleeps up to nine people. Upstairs there are three double bedrooms; the master bedroom with views to the castle has a washbasin and air condition unit. The main bathroom includes shower cubicle, bath, w.c and bidet. Downstairs the spacious lounge/dining room has a log burning fireplace, large screen TV, CD/DVD player, satellite decoder(with some English channels), air condition unit, dining table with eight chairs, two sofas and two armchairs. There is also provision to sleep two people. The shower room includes washbasin, w.c, and a socket for hairdryer/shaver. The large fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer. Outside the garden has a pretty shaded seating area with dining table and chairs, sun loungers, splash pool and a barbeque to make the garden a nice place to relax in.

Xativa Area Information
Approximately 300 metres away is a tennis club/bar restaurant, with its own very large swimming pool. Open to non members, the combination of a friendly atmosphere with good inexpensive food and a bar plus patio areas to relax in make it a worthwhile visit. For the more adventurous there are some great places to walk (or cycle) at just a short distance from the Villa. One of which is along the river to the cova negra (the black cave), with spectacular views of the countryside, its' a great area for a picnic, to cycle or even some mountain climbing. The medieval town of Xativa is just a five minute drive or twenty five minute walk away. Rich with historical and artistic heritage the town offers something for everyone whether its' an insightful stroll around the old town with its cobbled streets and historic buildings, or chilling out in a bar or perhaps a spending spree in one of the many boutiques. Market days are Tuesdays and Fridays. The market square in the evenings, especially weekends comes alive with its many bars and nightclubs. The castle is accessible through the old town and for those not up for walking or driving, a local tour train is available twice a day. For less than six euro (return) you can travel from Xativa main line railway station straight to Valencia, the third largest city in Spain. Barcelona and Madrid are approx three and a half hours away by train. Many beaches are within 40 minutes drive from our Villa. The beaches of Tavernes, Cullera, Gandia and Oliva being the nearest.
