We are very pleased to offer to rent this lovely family 4 bed villa with private pool set amongst 1200m2 of land with fantastic mountain views from every side, you will be able to make good use of the many fruit and nut trees, including oranges, peaches, walnut, bay, rosemary, figs, olives or simply pick some of the sweet smelling roses blooming throughout the gardens to compliment the already very stylish living area, a perfect family villa has lots of amenities for children or just a relaxing break
Living Area & Kitchen:This villa has been fully modernised within the last 18 months and boasts a fully equiped very modern kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, fan over and infared hob, extractor, wine rack, bar area with stools, large fridge freezer with ice dispenser, lots of crockery and cooking items and utensils. The living area has leather sofa bed, dining table and chairs, LCD TV with cable channells, DVD, CD/Radio/Tape system. There is an iron and iron board, hoover and cleaning items, however it is cleaned weekly for you.
Bedrooms:The villa has 4 small double bedrooms with ample furniture and the front room has a double sofa bed for any additional guests and also a further single folding guest bed for use by child, if needed. The villa sleeps can sleep a maximum of 8 persons. The rooms are divided as 2 x double beds 1 single with pullout bed and 1 twin bedded room (full size bunks). All rooms are well furnished and can easily be kept cool in the summer or warmed but portable gas heaters in other times, the villa is double glazing throughout with full blinds on all windows along with mosquito blinds for your comfort. There is an additional TV in the bedroom with Video player and DVD for use (DVD and videos for children along with toys and books can be found at the villa)
Bathroom: Good size and modern, there is a Jacuzzi bath and a full walk in hydro massage shower with 3 water settings (Waterfall/Normal & body massage jets) a radio, mirror and light in there if you really want to be pampered!!! Towels are provided for guests use at the villa, beach towels not supplied
Outside/Gardens:Lovely large plot with gardens at the front, sides and back of property, private main locking gates at the front and fully fenced in which makes this is a very secure property, very nice and helpful neighbours both English and Spanish in this road however as this property is detached allows lots of privacy from the next villas. A childrens play area is to the front shaded by a large walnut tree, with swings, play house and see saw, also a games room with bikes to the rear next to a washing room with airers & washing machine. Sun loungers and hammocks to the back around the large newly built pool and patio furniture on the large terrace at the front. There is a gas barbeque and swinging hammock to enjoy also. The villa is surrounded my mountain views and orange groves so one out the back around the pool area there really is nothing to spoil your peace or privacy
Services Offered:The villa is cleaned including beds changed and pool treated and gardens kept tidy on a weekly basis, an extra clean each week can be made at a small additional charge.

The villa is within walking distance of a small but modern village called Lloc Nou D'en Fenollet, which has 3 bars that all serve food (1 english), butchers, bakers, Spar/small supermarket, town hall, post box, tobaconist, groceries, free internet suite at town hall (closed Jul/Aug), open air swimming pool (June to Sep), basketball and football courts for public use, twice daily bus service straight to Xativa town (10min journey time).
Casa Lima is located close to Xativa a large Spanish hisotoric town with a small amount of English so if you are looking for a real Spanish holiday then this may well be the place for you. There are over 200 bars/restaurants/cafes in Xativa with an average 3 course lunch with wine costing around just £5 and the food is very fresh and very good!!! for the younger members Xativa boasts the biggest nightclub in Valencia with 6 rooms of music and capacity of 4000! There is a famous castle on the hills in Xativa which is lit up at night and is a great focal point of the town on arrival, a moto train takes you up from the town all the way to this castle and the views are breath taking, a real must if you visit here. There is a great range of shops a lovely old part with winding paths to explore in or stop in 1 of the many bars or cafes in the back streets whilst visiting the weekly market. Xativa is said to be very similar to Rome, a very tranquil daytime and lively night time location.
