This is a beautiful house, perfectly situated literally a stone´s throw from the fantastic beaches of Puerto de Mazarron. The house comprises 3 bedrooms, a separate dining room, air conditioning, UK satellite tv, alarm system, off road or street parking, and private front and rear gardens. The back garden gate takes you straight through to the massive communal pool and gardens, and for when it all gets too much you even have your own private rooftop solarium where you can relax with a cool beer and watch the sun go down. There is plenty of patio and garden furniture, this villa really has everything. From here, you can walk to the nearest beach in under 5 minutes, and of course all the local bars and restaurants. Our beaches are amongst the best in the world, from family beaches to rock beaches, to nudist beaches. You want it, we´ve got it. The town itself is an easy walk from here, but if you want to travel further afield then how about a trip to the historic Roman town of Cartagena? It´s about 30 mins drive, or how about the working fortress at Lorca - again it´s only 30 mins drive. For the golfers, our nearest course is at Camposol, 15 mins drive, and the shopaholics will find something in the massive shopping complex in Murcia city, about 30 mins drive.
