Registered with Murcia tourist board, Las Golondrinas is nestled in the countryside in a small hamlet on the outskirts of a village. It enjoys beautiful mountain views but is only 20 minutes drive from the coast.

At Las Golondrinas you can enjoy a peaceful, well organised and comfortable break in one of the healthiest places to be. The area has about 3000 hours of sunshine each year and very mild winters with temperatures rarely falling below 10° C

Child and wheelchair friendly, Las Golondrinas is a great place for family holidays. Centrally situated between mountains and sea, it is ideal for discovering the unspoilt region of the Costa Calida (warm coast)

The Guesthouse consists of:-2 king size rooms, one double and one twin room with an electric bed. Both of these rooms have en suite shower rooms and the twin room has a wet room adapted for wheelchair users.
-1 double room
-1 single room
-2 ground floor double rooms Both with en suite shower rooms.
-1 first floor twin room with en suite shower room
-There is a further bathroom between the double and single rooms
-The lounge and dining room, which also has a fitted bar, overlook the swimming pool and patio doors lead out on to the pool terrace.

The villa is fitted with a log burning fire for the winter months, air conditioning for the summer, satellite TV and free wi fi internet access.
The pool terrace has a BBQ area, sun bathing areas and shady spots and is protected by a lanai (insect screen) for your comfort.The pool is fitted with Roman steps and there is hoist access for the less able.
Behind the pool area there are orchards of orange lemon and almond trees with plenty of room for children to play. There is parking in front of the villa and a large car park for several cars at the side.

Between October and May, guests staying in Las Golondrinas are welcome to use the bar in the villa
where evening meals are also available but must be pre booked

Between June and September there is a summer bar in El Nido which is situated behind Las Golondrinas. Here you can purchase drinks, snacks and ice creams at very reasonable prices.

Regular BBQ's and karaoke nights are held on the terrace of El Nido throughout the summer.

The immediate area is ideal for walking, cycling and bird watching and
there are 2 golf courses within a 15 minute drive.

Within easy driving distance are:-
The blue flag beaches of Puerto de Mazarron and the warm lagoon of the Mar Menor offering various water sports
The historic cities of Cartagena, Murcia and Lorca
The natural reserve of the Sierra Espuña
Water parks at Murcia and Vera
Mini Hollywood where many spaghetti westerns such as
"a fist full of dollars" were filmed
