A really nice 3 bedroom apartment in the new development of Mojon Hills, on the edge of Isla Plana village, this apartment is very spacious. There are 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and separate shower room. The apartment has full air conditioning, ample parking, but the best bit is possibly the private rooftop solarium. From the apartment, you have a lovely big terrace leading off from the lounge, plenty big enough to eat and sunbathe on, and from here you can watch the sun rise over the mountains. This terrace then takes you up to the solarium - the views of the mountains, sea, and nearby villages is just spectacular, and because it's rooftop, you get the sun all day!

The development is on the edge of Isla Plana village, a really quaint old fashioned Spanish village. Don´t be fooled though, there are banks, chemist, little grocery stores and bakery, and one of the best Spanish restaurants for miles around... From here you can take a walk along the newly renovated sea front, and watch the fishing boats come in. Or, if you´re feeling up to it, how about a drive to the historic naval town of Cartagena, approx 20 mins drive, or the working castle at Lorca, approx 30 mins drive. Of course there´s always shopping, we have some fab shopping centres within 30 mins drive, and of course if all else fails how about just sitting about on the beach doing nothing....
