Villa Rosa is a gorgeous rose-pink villa with four double bedrooms and three bathrooms. Situated near the top of Cala Llonga it has spectacular views across the river to the Capital City and Port of Mahon.
Furnished and fitted to a very high standard, the Kitchen is modern and spacious with halogen hob, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, kettle and toaster. The washing machine is hidden away in an ingenious purpose-built cupboard.
In the comfortable sitting room there is a TV with Sky-HD, also DVD player and Music centre. There is a wood-burning stove for the cooler months.
The extremely comfortable beds have luxurious deep mattresses and all the bedrooms have plenty of cupboard space. Air-conditioning keeps the rooms cool even on the hottest nights.
Outside, the large kidney shaped pool has Roman steps for easy access and is surrounded by a broad patio which has stunning views. Patio doors lead into the sitting room and also one of the bedrooms. Behind the house there is a wide patio area with washing line.

Cala Llonga Area Information
Cala Llonga is about 6km from the lovely capital of Mahon. It is one of the most exclusive resorts on the Island with upmarket villas and a beautiful Marina. A very popular resort especially with those interested in sailing, it overlooks the river to the port of Mao on the other side.
There is a really good supermarket and several excellent restaurants. The roads through the resort are quite narrow and they meander back and forth offering alternative glimpses of the Marina, the two Islands and the capital.
