A very nicely furnished 3 bedroom villa, very close to the sea, this is the perfect holiday home. The owner has spent a great deal of time and effort making sure the villa is fully equipped with everything you need for a home from home, and the attention to detail is superb. From the fully enclosed front garden, you step into the cool lounge diner, with UK satellite tv. At the rear of the house is another fully enclosed and secure garden, with all the garden furniture you could ever need. Perfect for the children, with plenty of shaded areas, and perfect for grown ups too! What a lovely place to just sit and relax in before hitting the beach. The bonus with this one is that the beach is literally at the bottom of the road - probably 5 minutes walk. The nearest shops bars and restaurants are the same distance, it really is within easy walking distance of the house. The town centre of Puerto de Mazarron is about 10 minutes walk, with the wonderful Spanish shops, and quaint little corners.

Fancy a change from the beach? Well how about snorkelling/scuba diving? We have some of the best and clearest waters here, to compliment our Q Flag beaches, and of course there´s fishing, boat trips, jet ski hire, and the ever popular "watching the fishing boats come in". There´s loads to do here, how about horse riding or hiring a quad bike? Or maybe a trip to our nearest major towns, Cartagena, a Roman naval town, or Lorca with it´s working castle? For golfers, our nearest courses are approx 15 mins drive, and for the serious shoppers we´ve got some great shopping centres approx 30 mins drive.
