Upstairs is one large open plan living area with high ceilings and exposed beams. There is a modern kitchen area(with dishwasher, washing machine and microwave), dining area and living area with an open fireplace, TV, telephone and video. There are lovely views from the living and dining area. On the same floor there is a double bedroom (with twin single beds) and an ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet.
Downstairs there are two double bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with twin singles), a bathroom with bath and shower, and a separate toilet.
There is a small terrace around the side of the house, shaded by a large fig tree, which overlooks the valley below. There is a barbecue and dining table and chairs.
The Rose House shares the upper swimming pool with the Bake House.
There are extensive flower gardens around the estate, as well as orchards of olive, cherry and apricot trees. Saint Castor is also noted for its ancient oak and towering cypress, and rich rows of lavender.
The surrounding countryside is exquisite and there lots of charming hill-top Provencal villages to visit. Our award winning local winery is a five minute walk away and much of the best of Roman Provence is within a very short drive.
