Five minutes drive away is the town of Baud which has a beautiful Church, a Saturday morning market, 3 Supermarkets, numerous Bars and Restaurants Le Cheval Blanc, an Auberge has been popular with guests. Activities The Blavet river is delightful for cycling walking and fishing, Canoes and Pedaloes for hire at St Nicholas des Eaux a delightful village with Bars and restaurants on the banks of the river. There are 5 Golf courses within an hours drive. Golf can be pre booked through Formule Golf. At Camors there is a challenging Forest trail, with courses for all ages and fitness. Paint balling is also available. There is a Go Carting track at Plumeliau. The Southern coast of Brittany benefits from delightful beeches some great for families others popular with surfers.
