This self catering property has all you need for a relaxing holiday; a spacious apartment just a two minute walk from great restaurants and cafes yet with a secluded garden and pool. No need to drive if you want to enjoy our wonderful Languedoc wines, teenagers can wander into town and amuse themselves, kids can run around the garden while the adults enjoy a coffee on the terrace!
A garden and pool in the centre of Pezenas is already a rare find but this gite is also a beautifully decorated property full of history and character. The pool is 9m x 6m and has a jet stream for serious swimmers or for fun for the kids. It is green tiled and cleaned by oxygen active elements which eliminate the need for chlorine. Sunbeds are provided by the pool and there are also hammocks, swing chairs and benches in various spots in the garden so you can choose shade or sun.
Each apartment sleeps 4 to 6. Two bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom plus a mezzanine floor with a sofa bed.

Ideal as family accommodation, Marguerite has two large bedrooms on the third floor with garden views, antique furniture and decorative marble fireplaces. Both bedrooms have private bathrooms, one with bath and shower, the other with shower.
The mezzanine can be used as a bedroom with a double sofa bed, a television, a DVD player and a radio. The metalwork in each apartment has been meticulously designed and decorated by a local metal sculptor including chandeliers and door handles.
The kitchen is located on the ground floor, and is fully equipped including dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob, fridge/freezer plus a washing machine. The kitchen gives on to the spacious living and dining area which includes a large table that seats 6 to 8 people, sofa, club chairs and cocktail table.
Through double height french doors is the private sunny terrace which includes garden table and chairs for outdoor dining. This is a great place for parents to sit and relax yet being able to keep an eye as kids run around the garden.

The lively town of Pezenas is generally regarded as the jewel in the Languedoc crown. Located in the heart of wine-producing country, 45 minutes south west of Montpellier, 20 minutes from the Mediterranean coast and 30 minutes south of the beautiful Languedoc Regional Park, the town encompasses all the romanticism of the south of France, together with traditional architecture and everyday living. There is a wonderful choice of restaurants, cafes and wine bars in the winding streets and many summer festivals, concerts and cultural events. Also famous throughout France for its antique shops and bric-a-brac yards and the weekly Saturday market. Private wine domains dominate the surrounding countryside and welcome visitors to taste the local produce. A fascinating introduction to the many up-and-coming and already famous appellations. The Mediterranean coastline is just 12 miles from Pézenas. Wonderful child-friendly beaches with all water sports facilities.
These apartments are particularly suitable for families as the garden is completely enclosed, allowing lots of space for kids to run around while the parents drink coffee on the terrace! Nikki and Jean-François have young children so the garden is designed without any delicate plants or furniture. With a total of 4 apartments we do take group bookings of up to 24 people. For group bookings we can make available a conference room or allow events in the garden. We have hosted a wedding with a marquee in the garden and it was a beautiful day!
